The Shenandoah Lodging and Tourism Alliance is a coalition of alternative lodging providers and merchants who benefit from tourism. Established in July, 2014, we aim to educate Northern Virginia citizens about the economic benefits of our “green industry”. We are furnished, ‘family-style” lodging providers. We rent out our second homes, cottages and cabins to families and business travelers who seek a home environment to satisfy their travel needs.
We create jobs, we attract high quality guests, and help preserve and grow property values.
We represent responsible landlords who set high standards for professionalism and neighborliness.
